Configuring Telgorithm as a Provider

Configuring your Telgorithm account with Textable is pretty simple and should only take a few minutes.

  1. When configuring your Textable profile or adding a new user, choose “Telgorithm” in the provider dropdown.
  2. Next, open a new browser tab and login to your Telgorithm Portal at https://portal.telgorithm.com/
  3. Navigate to the “Messaging Configs” tab on “Messaging” page (https://portal.telgorithm.com/messaging/configs).
  4. Click “+ Add Configuration”.
  5. Enter “Textable” for “Config Name”.
  6. Leave “Authorization Bearer Token” field empty.
  7. Enter “https://inbound.textable.app/receive?provider=telgorithm” for each Webhook URL field. If you are a white label customer, your URL will be different and unique to your instance. Please ask your account representative or create a support ticket to access your URL.
  8. Select a Campaign to associate to the messaging config and assign any numbers that you intend to use with Textable.
  9. Click “Add” to complete adding the messaging config.
  10. Next, we must copy your API key from Telgorithm. Navigate to the “Organization” > “General” tab (https://portal.telgorithm.com/organization/general). In the “API Keys” panel, click the “Show Keys” button.
  11. Copy the Primary Token and paste it into Textable.
  12. After pasting in your details, enter in the phone number that you would like to utilize in Textable.
  13. Click “Add New User” or “Save User Details” on Textable. If you are adding a user to your team or white label, they will receive a welcome e-mail instructing them how to login.
  14. You should now be able to start messaging with your phone number on Textable! You can confirm functionality by starting a new conversation in the Conversations screen of Textable.
